CONSENT TO THE TAKING AND DISSEMINATION REPORTAGE (PROMO) PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

granted in accordance with Section 84 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended,

Why and how will photos and videos of your participation be taken?

The JV will take photographs and videos (visual or audio-visual recordings) of various events hosted by or involving the JV for the purpose of showcasing the JV's activities on its website and social media.

Therefore, the intention is not to track participants at the event or to use the photographs/recordings to subsequently identify participants, including the attribution of other personal data of participants. Therefore, participants may only be captured in the photograph/recording incidentally due to their appearance or movement in the area where the photographs/recordings will be taken.

Reportage (promo) photographs and videos will be taken and subsequently distributed on the basis of your consent, which is granted for an indefinite period of time. Your consent to the taking of photographs and videos is completely voluntary.

The taking and dissemination of reportage (promo) photographs and videos for the above purposes is not considered to be the processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"). JV hereby declares that it will not use the reportage (promo) photos and videos for any other purpose unless it obtains your prior consent.

To whom will the photos and videos be provided or made available?

The photographs and videos will be made available to the public via the JV website and social media.

How long will we use and keep the photos and videos?

Photos and videos will be used and stored for the duration of the JV's activities or until your consent is withdrawn.

Giving consent

I hereby declare that:

- I have been properly informed about the taking and use of reportage (promotional) photographs and videos that may capture my likeness, voice and my behaviour or movement,

- I acknowledge that the activities associated with the taking, use and storage of reportage (promotional) photographs and videos are not considered to be processing of personal data under the GDPR,

- I consent to the taking and dissemination of reportage (promo) photographs and videos for an indefinite period of time.

This consent will be retained for the duration of the retention of the reportage (promo) photographs and videos and for a maximum of 3 years from the withdrawal of your consent due to the protection of JV rights.

Note: If you are younger than 15 years, this consent should be given by your legal representative.
